Where do we ship?
We ship most of the countries! For the U.S orders will be mainly shipped from our U.S warehouse while the international orders will be shipped from Europe, Hong Kong and South Korea depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Great news for you! We cover duties and taxes for most of the shipments* purchased at mavenwatches.com!
How long is the order processing time?
All orders placed on our website are processed & shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have placed the order during the weekends or holidays, your order will be processed within the next business day.

*Due to holiday season demand, there could be disruptions to postal systems and courier services. We cannot guarantee any delivery times. If your shipment is time sensitive, we encourage you to order as early as possible and/or upgrade to express shipping.
All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
*We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses and a valid physical address is required in order to process your order.
